We need to meet soon next week and go over our first project deliverables. My suggestion is that we all do:

• A basic description of the product.
• A SWOT analysis of the product (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunites and Threats).
• A suggestion of TOC for the project. You can use my outline in the last post if you want. Our you can devise your own if you want.
• A suggestion of who will do what in that outline.

We can then meet with these deliverables and make a decision about the table of contents. We should also have a basic description of the product and a SWOT. We could then send that to Prof. Nov before spring break to get feedback on the subjects and whether we are on the right track. So, can you have this finished by and meet on Wednesday (morning, day or evening)?
